The Oaks Guarantee

Through our Q-PLUS program, Oaks provides a guarantee on the strength and structural integrity of its landscape products. This assurance provides protection to the owner of a residential dwelling who has installed, or has paid to have installed, landscape products purchased from Oaks. Our commitment is to ensure the highest quality possible. If the material installed, using proper installation specifications, proves to be structurally defective the product will be replaced. Color variances and the occurrence of efflorescence cannot be guaranteed. Replacement labor, and transportation costs are not included. This guarantee is not transferable to subsequent owners.
