Dear John Doe,
Christmas is in the air! This means new products and
new Holiday Hours at The Rock Pile. We have
brought in
some special gift items for our customers. Pine
Knoll Gardens has a selection of precut Christmas
Trees as well as seasonal plants and plant materials.
From now through Christmas, The Rock Pile will be
open Monday through Wednesday 10:00 AM to 7:00
PM,
Thursday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and
Sunday Noon to 4:00 PM. We will be closed Christmas
Eve and Christmas Day.

Holiday Plants from Pine Knoll Gardens

Christmas Trees and much much more!
Christmas Trees are available from Pine Knoll
Gardens in 5 to 10 foot sizes. We carry three
different varieties of trees - Douglas Fir, Fraser Fir,
and the ever popular, Scotch Pine.
Douglas Fir trees tend to have soft pliable branches
and are naturally symmetrical. Needles are 1 to 1.5
inches long. The Douglas Fir has very good needle
retention. The Fraser Fir has a pyramidal shape with
strong branches turned upwards. Its one inch
needles are flat with a dark green top and silver-
green bottom. The Fraser Fir is the gold standard
for cut trees. The Scotch Pine is the most popular
Christmas tree in Ohio. Needles are 1 to 3 inches
long and in clumps of two. Depending on shearing, a
Scotch Pine can make a very full tree. This tree
also has excellent needle retention.
Pine Knoll Gardens also has assorted evergreen
boughs and natural evergreen wreaths for sale. Pine
roping is available in 25 and 75 foot lengths. Six
to 10 inch pots of Poinsettias are available in four
beautiful colors. Paperwhites, Amaryllis, and small
potted evergreens for indoor and outdoor display are
also available.

The Rock Pile is featuring many gifts for the Holiday
Season. We have prepared a variety of specialty gift
baskets for bird lovers. Each gift basket contains
products intended for feeding a specific bird
species or for general backyard bird feeding. And
don't forget about the squirrels! We carry a basket
designed just for them also. Our gift baskets come
in a range of prices
and sizes.
The Rock Pile also has a selection of soy candles.
Soy candles are long lasting and very fragrant. They
come in many different fragrances as well as a few
Christmas favorites such as Fireside, Forest Pine,
Pumpkin Spice, Hot Apple Pie, and several more!
Do we have Rock Pile Gift Cards? Yes we do and they
are even on sale! From now till January all gift
cards are 10% off. This means a $100 gift card will
cost you $90 Great to give as a gift or "gift"
yourself and get a discount on that spring or summer
project.

Help Us Help Families in Need

A small donation can makes a BIG DIFFERENCE
Lorain County's Genesis House helps victims of
domestic violence and families in need by providing
safe shelter, food, and support. We are inviting
children to make an ornament to hang on our
Christmas Tree. For each ornament that we receive
we will make a donation to Genesis House. We also
invite our customers to make a donation of their own
in our store. Monetary contributions as well as
donations of everyday necessities such as food and
clothing are accepted at The Rock Pile.
